Return Period

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, without having to provide a reason, by email or by using the withdrawal form accessible via this link. You then have a maximum of 14 days from this notification to return the products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new, unworn, unused condition, with its tags, and if possible in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

After your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions. The cost and organization of return shipping remain the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Products

Certain types of products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., personalized items, products unsealed for hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, etc.).

Gift cards are not refundable.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can find a suitable solution.

The quickest way to get a new item is to initiate a return using the procedure above and then place a new order.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Petit Bélier reserves the right to defer the refund until the product(s) have been received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (up to the standard delivery method offered), excluding return costs which remain at your expense.
